LITIGATION

Litigation can be very effective at recovering revenue for the right type of account. Untied Resource Systems (URS) has an excellent system for identifying cases with a high probability of recovery. This is typically defined by your customer's balance, asset's, ability to pay and location. We generally pursue accounts that have the ability to pay but simply refuse to render their responsibilities. URS recommends accounts for litigation but will never proceed with out client approval. Once litigation commences there is often a settlement that results from the action.
